Five Course... Wine Dinner

Course 1:

Tuna & Cucumber Rice Wrap

Top Quality Ahi tuna and fresh baby spinach with apple, cucumber and carrot in a rice wrapper garnished with a wasabi soy sauce.

Kunde Sauvignon Blanc

For those who enjoy a rich, palate-pleasing Sauvignon Blanc, look no further. By allowing this wine extended skin contact, we have created a smooth, weighted experience. The flavor profile is consistent with the vintage, but this one gives you just a bit more with its crisp acidity and full mouth flavors.

Course 2:

Tequila 'lime Scallop & Shrimp Kebab

Skewer of plump scallops and shrimp, marinated in tequila and lime with onion and red bell peppers.  Served over a spring mix salad with a tequila glaze.

Ca Donini Pinot Grigio

This wine has a distinctive bouquet of wild flowers with hints of honey and bananas.  It is dry but not excessively so; full flavored and soft but fresh and lively.  The pleasing finish has a lingering aftertaste of ripe pears.

Course 3:

Spicy Prince Edward Mussels

These delicious little critters are cooked in a spicy clear broth with pancetta and served with crunchy bread.

Handcraft Pinot Noir

Gorgeous cherry, vanilla and strawberry aromas are followed by ripe black cherry, sweet spice, vanilla and chocolate flavors. This medium bodied wine is elegant, supple, smooth and balanced--delicious by itself or perfect with food. The finish is soft and lingering with a perfect integration of structure, fruit and spice.

Course 4:

 Chicken Tikka Masala

Select chicken with spicy and sweet curry cooked with caramelized onions, garam masala and chilies.  Then mixed with curry leaves, coriander, star anise, cardamom, soft brown sugar and fresh yoghurt.  Served over Jasmine rice.

Simi Cabernet Sauvignon - Alexander Valley

A pleasing deep red color with a ruby cast, Simi 2007 Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon opens with enticing aromas of red cherry, blackberry, licorice, toasty oak, fresh herbs and baking spices. The generous palate offers cherry, blackberry fruit, vanilla, a hint of caramel and a dark roasted finish.

Course 5:

Elderflower Crème Brulee

Classic Crème Brulee with the delicate flavor of elderflower.

The Hummingbird

Crisp Sparkling wine with club soda and St. Germain elderflower liqueur.

 $49.95 per person
